At this time, we are not seeing any clients in the building. Please call when you get to the parking lot. Our staff will come to get your animal and we will communicate by phone. For your safety and ours, please wear a mask when interacting with staff during curbside visits.
During this time, we will also be suspending in-home euthanasia.
Additionally, at this time we will not be allowing visitations. We will be using phone communication primarily and FaceTime with families if time permits instead of visitations.
We will be sanitizing our spaces thoroughly and being extra diligent with all of our cleaning practices.
We appreciate the public understanding that our primary concerns are for the animals and keeping our staff healthy. Public Health is also a high priority and we are following the CDC and WHO recommendations to minimize contact.
